I was thinking of having a competition between all people on newgrounds. I will be competing but I think that there should be judges too. I have a few rules.

1. send all judges PM messages with information on why you want to enter.
2. for every 5 entrants a judge wil be needed
3.Song needs name and type (Ex: Song name: "________" by "____" type "metal, rock alternative etc."
4.Good sportsmanship. no sending PMs to people who beat you.
5. If Demo is used, auto-disqualification
6. you will be ranked 1-10 10 being the best, of course.
7. no test will be needed for judges or entrants
